Payment method price range

This addon allows you to set a price range for your payment methods.

Lets say I want my customers to be able to pay on invoice but only if their order price is larger than € 400, well we could set this up pretty easily.

Price range: 400 - 0 (leave zero for unlimited price).

Installation works, as always, out of the box, just install and you're ready to go.
